The Ohio Communication Journal (OCJ) is now accepting manuscripts to be published in the 2027 online edition, Volume 65. OCJ is a refereed scholarly journal designed to provide a forum for original scholarship in the field of communication studies.

We welcome diverse disciplinary, conceptual, and methodological perspectives that address varied topics of relevance to the communication studies discipline. OCJ showcases scholarship from authors not just residing in Ohio, but also from locations across the country. Emerging scholars and graduate students are encouraged to submit their work for review.
